Report on people's participation in implementing grassroots democracy

In 2022, Vietnam passed a new law on implementing grassroots democracy. Against this background, the report analyses people’s participation and the role of grassroots political system in the implementation of grassroots democracy in the city of Hanoi and Bac Ninh province in northern Vietnam.
